Worthington Behavioral Services offers BCBA coverage for ABA Providers experiencing temporary staffing shortages due to medical leaves. WBS understands the stress and anxiety that staffing shortages can cause providers, clients and families. We aim to alleviate the stress surrounding anticipated staffing shortages by encouraging providers to proactively plan for these shortages so they are better prepared to handle any unanticipated staffing shortages that may arise.

Consultation
Worthington Behavioral Services offers private pay Parent Training in Applied Behavior Analysis to families awaiting an autism spectrum disorder diagnosis and/or ABA therapy with a provider. We understand the importance of starting therapy as soon as possible and the frustration families face while awaiting a diagnosis or when being placed on waiting lists for ABA therapy. This service is offered to assist families with the transition into ABA therapy.
This service requires a referral from a physician or ABA provider.
Collaboration
Worthington Behavioral Services offers BCBA coverage for temporaray medical leaves up to 12 weeks. This service is offered to alleviate the stress and burnout ABA providers can experience during staffing shortages. We believe in supporting therapy providers by planning for anticipated staffing shortages so that providers are better prepared to face the challenges that may arise due to unanticipated staffing shortages. WBS understands the importance of providing consistent quality services to individuals impacted by autism and strives to support others in minimizing disruptions to services related to staffing concerns.

Jessica, BCBA
Founder and Owner
For over a decade, Jessica has worked with individuals and families impacted by autism, developmental disabilities, and other complex medical needs. Her path to ABA started during her time in medical genetics with the internationally acclaimed Greenwood Genetic Center. Here she became intimately aware of the growing need for qualified providers of services for families impacted by autism spectrum disorders. Jessica began her pursuit of certification as a Behavior Analyst in 2018 and gained invaluable experience working for a large nonprofit ABA company in South Carolina prior to moving with her family to Wisconsin in 2021. She has a special interest in parent and provider training, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and treatment of challenging behaviors.
Jessica values spending time with her family, supporting others, and seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Worthington Behavioral Services LLC was founded out of a love for applied behavior analysis and a desire to support those providing services to individuals and families impacted by autism. WBS Founder, Jessica Worthington, BCBA, understands the importance of providing consistent, quality services to individuals with autism and recognizes the difficulties providers encounter when experiencing staffing shortages. At WBS, we value teamwork and strive to build a supportive team of professionals dedicated to enriching the lives of the autism community.
