Parent Training
Worthington Behavioral Services offers private pay Parent Training in Applied Behavior Analysis to families awaiting an autism spectrum disorder diagnosis and/or ABA therapy with a provider. We understand the importance of starting therapy as soon as possible and the frustration families face while awaiting a diagnosis or when being placed on waiting lists for ABA therapy.
Problem Behavior
Worthington Behavioral Services offers treatment for severe problem behavior including aggression, property destruction, elopement, and self-injury. Practical functional analysis and skill-based treatment is recommended when appropriate.
Jessica, BCBA
Founder and Owner
For over a decade, Jessica has worked with individuals and families impacted by autism, developmental disabilities, and other complex medical needs. Her path to ABA started during her time in medical genetics with the internationally acclaimed Greenwood Genetic Center. Here she became intimately aware of the growing need for qualified providers of services for families impacted by autism spectrum disorders. Jessica began her pursuit of certification as a Behavior Analyst in 2018 and gained invaluable experience working for a large nonprofit ABA company in South Carolina prior to moving with her family to Wisconsin in 2021. She has a special interest in parent and provider training, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and treatment of challenging behaviors.
Jessica values spending time with her family, supporting others, and seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Worthington Behavioral Services LLC was founded out of a love for applied behavior analysis and a desire to support the autism community. WBS Founder, Jessica Worthington, BCBA, understands the importance of providing consistent, quality services to individuals with autism. At WBS, we value teamwork and strive to build a supportive team of professionals dedicated to enriching the lives of the autism community.
We provide services in Southeast Wisconsin, including Milwaukee, Whitefish Bay, Fox Point, Bayside, River Hills, Mequon, Cedarburg, and Grafton.
